500-9000 rpm AC Universal Brush Type Motor
The Micropump 83433 is a high-performance EagleDrive™ electromagnetic motor designed to be integrated with Micropump gear pump heads (such as the GA, GB, or GJ series). Unlike traditional motors with shafts, this is a brushless, stationary-coil drive that uses magnetic fields to rotate the pump gears.
Key Technical Specifications
Drive Technology: Electromagnetic "EagleDrive" (No moving motor parts other than the rotor).
Input Voltage: 10V to 38V DC.
Speed Range: Variable speed control, typically ranging from 500 to 8000 RPM.
Control Interface: 0–5V DC or 4–20mA analog input for speed adjustment.
Power Output: High-torque performance in a very compact footprint.
Environmental Rating: Often rated for IP55 or higher, making it resistant to dust and moisture.
Core Benefits
Compact Integration: Because it lacks a traditional bulky motor housing, it is ideal for space-constrained industrial or laboratory equipment.
Efficiency: The brushless design reduces heat generation and energy consumption while extending the operational life of the unit.
Precision: It provides highly accurate speed control, which is essential for applications requiring exact flow rates or dosing.
Safety: The magnetic coupling ensures there are no seals to leak, making it safe for handling hazardous or expensive chemicals.
Common Applications
Chemical Metering: Precise delivery of additives or reagents.
Medical Equipment: Used in diagnostic and surgical cooling systems.
Industrial Inkjet: Maintaining constant pressure and flow for high-speed printing.
Laboratory Sampling: Precise fluid handling in automated research environments.
